What We Need For Your Cat’s Stay
When your cat arrives at Happy Cats Cattery, we require you to bring the following information with you:
- Up-to-date vaccination records – All cats must be sterilised
- Your contact details
- Emergency contact details
- Medication details (if applicable)
- A note of eating habits or dietary requirements (at the time of booking)
We ask that you ensure your cat’s worm and flea applications are also up to date. Once these details are recorded, you are welcome to help settle your cat into their cattery suite.
Getting Your Cat Here
Check-in and check-out times are between 8 am – 10:30 am (everyday) and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (weekdays only). We ask that you adhere to these times to benefit all cats and small animals staying with us. If you cannot arrive during these times, you can take advantage of our pick-up and drop-off service.
Pick-up and Drop-Off Service
If you’re unable to bring your cat to us, we can come to you. Our cat pick-up and drop-off service is available any time during the day. The service does incur a fee, which will be priced based on distance.
